1. General Provisions

These terms govern your use of services, digital materials, and goods provided by Personal Planning Hub. We may update this document at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Offerings

2.1 Fees and Schedule

Fees for sessions are due at the time of booking. All sales are final once a session begins.

2.2 Adjustments and Transfers

If you need to change the date or time of a booked session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will work to accommodate adjustments or transfer your session to another date.

3. Information Products

Access to digital course materials, tutorials, and guides is granted after purchase. Once access is enabled, these materials cannot be withdrawn or interactiond, and no refund will be issued.

4. Physical Goods

All goods ship from our facility in Toronto. You may ship items back within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Upon receipt, we will process a refund of the paid fee to your payment method.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Requests for Refund

All refund requests must be submitted within 10 business days of purchase. We will review each request and issue a refund to the original payment method within 15 days of approval.

5.2 Service Sessions

For individual sessions, a pro-rated refund may apply if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. No refund is available after a session has commenced.

5.3 Digital Materials

Due to the nature of instant access, digital materials are not eligible for any refund once access is granted.

5.4 Goods

Refer to section 4 for instructions on shipping items back to qualify for a refund.

5.5 Non-Refundable Items

Custom sessions, ticketed events, and one-of-a-kind items are non-refundable due to the preparation and allocation of resources specifically for you.
